참고로 쿼타와 상관없이 노동허가나 이민승인 과정은 정상적으로 진행되고 인터뷰만 하지 못하고 대기하게 되는 것입니다.

Speculation on how quickly, or when, a full recovery might occur might not be possible until late summer.
